New generation of EZ.SPEEDY rubber rollers
Are you in possession of an EZ.SPEEDY cable feeding unit?
We are pleased to inform you that we have improved our rubber rollers.
The new EZ.SPEEDY transport rollers are now even better than before.
Construction changes:
- Consist of two parts: a rubber roller and a reusable aluminum core. This design makes them more sustainable and environmentally friendly.
- The rubber rollers are now made of high-quality rubber, which results in high mechanical resistance, excellent adhesive properties and durability.
- These also feature the proven profile groove on the rubber roller, which “hugs” the fiber optic cable and does not crush it as with conventional systems that transmit the feed force with a flat roller.
- The profile groove transfers the feed force to the cable from all sides, thus ensuring the gentlest and most efficient transfer of the drive force to the cable.
- These are particularly customer-friendly, as the size of each roller dimension corresponds to the cable diameter. In this way, we have eliminated possible sources of error and the roller dimensions no longer need to be combined in order to fit the EZ.SPEEDY to the desired cable dimension.
The new generation of rollers are not only differently constructed and look differently, but they also bring many advantages for our customers.
