2019
The proven cable feeding tools are now also available in a practical FTTx kit.
The robust case contains everything you need to blow (and lubricate) cables gently and evenly into microtubes: the EZ.SPEEDY pusher unit, the blowing units EZ.BOOSTER or EZ.SPLIT (divisible), the lubricator EZ.EASYGLIDE , the practical EZ.SPEEDY mounting block and a BOSCH cordless drill/driver with charger. Your upgrade-sets can also be safely stored in the case.

EZ.SPLIT splittable blowing device
2016
Pre-assembled FTTH outlets or blowing in in two directions? No problem with the EZ.SPLIT. The new EZ.SPLIT compressed air unit is used with the EZ.SPEEDY. The use of pre-assembled boxes saves time-consuming splicing work.
2015
EZ.EASYGLIDE cable lubricator
2015
Lubricate cables economically and efficiently with lubricant in no time at all? Quite simply with the EZ.EASYGLIDE. Individually or as an ideal supplement to EZ.SPEEDY and EZ.BOOSTER.

EZ.SPEEDY & EZ.BOOSTER
2013
Two new devices conquer the market. With EZ.SPEEDY and EZ.BOOSTER, we rely on direct cable insertion. Fibre optic cables can be inserted manually into microducts in a simple but efficient way thanks to compressed air support or a cordless screwdriver.
The FTTX product line is constantly evolving.

EZ15 Pull Line Blower
2010
New transmission technologies also require new devices for pulling in. The EZ15 was developed for fibre optic cables due to the requirement to pull cords into microducts. In parallel with the development of the appliances, the range of accessories is also being continuously developed in line with customer wishes and requirements. With pipe manufacturers, the blowing in of cord is tested directly during pipe production.

EZ300 Pull Line Blower
2009
Pipeline constructors, mountain railways, lift builders, snowmaking system and cable car builders are also discovering Zeitler cord blowers. However, they are looking for a mains-independent device. The EZ300 with petrol engine is developed from this.
2004
EZ100 Pull Line Blower
2004
Following the introduction of the EZ50, customer demand for applications with larger pipe diameters has increased. This is the impetus for the further development of the EZ100 cord injector.
EZ50 Pull Line Blower
The EZ50 has been given a new, even more robust outfit and the airflow has been optimised. A patent application has now been filed for the blow-in system. The smart pull line blower device has become an integral part of the market and is now causing an international furore.
EZ50 Version
After the pull line blower device met with great interest, the device was improved and developed into today’s “EZ50”. The name “EZ” is chosen in memory of the company founder Emil Zeitler.
Handover of management
On 25.12. Emil Zeitler passes away. Markus Zeitler, 24 years old, takes over the day-to-day business and management. The commercialisation phase of the EBG50 must be postponed.
EBG50 pull line blower
50 EBG50 pull line blower units are produced. Emil Zeitler frequently absent due to illness.
Prototype EZ50
Markus Zeitler has the idea for a new product while building his father’s house. The origin of the idea is a kinked installation pipe into which it is no longer possible to insert a wire. Without further ado, the mum’s hoover is converted into a blow-in device and cord is blown into a pipe for the first time.
Transfer of registered office
A larger volume of orders from Switzerland, primarily Landis & Gyr, prompts Emil Zeitler to relocate his company to Neuenkirch / Switzerland.
Company foundation
Emil Zeitler founds a production company with precision mechanical manufacturing in Munich. His first employee is his wife Annette.
