EZ380 Pull Line Blower – the power pack for large pipe dimensions

2025

With increasing demand from the field, the need arose for a cord blowing machine capable of operating reliably beyond conventional duct sizes. In 2025, we responded with the targeted development of the EZ380 – the most powerful unit in our product line to date.

Three integrated high-performance turbines ensure maximum blowing power and stability, even under demanding operating conditions. The unit is designed for duct inner diameters from 25 to 300 mm (1″ to 12″), covering a wide range of applications.

The name “EZ380” refers deliberately to the world’s largest passenger aircraft – a metaphor for technical excellence and efficiency.

2024

EZ-SPEEDY-XL Cable/Rodder Pusher

2024

The EZ-SPEEDY-XL insertion device was born out of true passion for practical work – when Markus Zeitler once again accompanied an installation team on-site and witnessed firsthand how exhausting and draining the tedious task of pushing in fiberglass rods can be. He said, “I saw how they fought against the insertion of the rodder with every fiber of their strength – and I knew: there has to be a better way!”
Driven by the desire to noticeably ease their daily workload, we took the proven EZ-System-X to the next level and developed a smart device that uses the power of a cordless drill to take over this demanding job.
Thus, a moment of real challenge turned into a practical innovation – a powerful relief that gives cable installers more time, energy, and satisfaction in their work.

2024

EZ-SYSTEM-X Rope Blower

2024

With the vision of designing a groundbreaking “all-in-one” device that makes rope blowing work easier, faster and more efficient, we have developed the EZ-SYSTEM-X rope blower.
This novel and innovative EZ-SYSTEM-X rope blowing device features a globally unique axial sealing system that ensures easy handling and mounting on the pipe and at the same time offers maximum efficiency and work safety.
Our aim was to create a versatile device that is not only suitable for all cable conduits with diameters from 60 mm to 150 mm, but can even be used easily on deformed ducts.

2019

FTTx Kit-Case

2019

The proven cable feeding tools are now also available in a practical FTTx kit.
The robust case contains everything you need to blow (and lubricate) cables gently and evenly into microtubes: the EZ.SPEEDY pusher unit, the blowing units EZ.BOOSTER or EZ.SPLIT (divisible), the lubricator EZ.EASYGLIDE , the practical EZ.SPEEDY mounting block and a BOSCH cordless drill/driver with charger. Your upgrade-sets can also be safely stored in the case. Your upgrade-sets can also be safely stored in the case.

2016

EZ.SPLIT splittable blowing device

2016

Pre-assembled FTTH outlets or blowing in in two directions? No problem with the EZ.SPLIT. The new EZ.SPLIT compressed air unit is used with the EZ.SPEEDY. The use of pre-assembled boxes saves time-consuming splicing work.

2015

EZ.EASYGLIDE cable lubricator

2015

Lubricate cables economically and efficiently with lubricant in no time at all? Quite simply with the EZ.EASYGLIDE. Individually or as an ideal supplement to EZ.SPEEDY and EZ.BOOSTER.

2013

EZ.SPEEDY & EZ.BOOSTER

2013

Two new devices conquer the market. With EZ.SPEEDY and EZ.BOOSTER, we rely on direct cable insertion. Fibre optic cables can be inserted manually into microducts in a simple but efficient way thanks to compressed air support or a cordless screwdriver.

The FTTX product line is constantly evolving.

Webshop

2012

On 30 November 2012, our company founder Emil Zeitler would have celebrated his 80th birthday. In his honour, our webshop goes online on this day. Here you can quickly and clearly find all information about our products, accessories, application options and the respective prices.

2010

EZ15 Pull Line Blower for microducts

2010

New transmission technologies also require new devices for pulling in. The EZ15 was developed for fibre optic cables due to the requirement to pull cords into microducts. In parallel with the development of the appliances, the range of accessories is also being continuously developed in line with customer wishes and requirements. With pipe manufacturers, the blowing in of cord is tested directly during pipe production.

2009

EZ300 Pull Line Blower

2009

Pipeline constructors, mountain railways, lift builders, snowmaking system and cable car builders are also discovering Zeitler cord blowers. However, they are looking for a mains-independent device. The EZ300 with petrol engine is developed from this.

2004

EZ100 Pull Line Blower

2004

Following the introduction of the EZ50, customer demand for applications with larger pipe diameters has increased. This is the impetus for the further development of the EZ100 cord injector.

2002

EZ50 Pull Line Blower

2002

The EZ50 has been given a new, even more robust outfit and the airflow has been optimised. A patent application has now been filed for the blow-in system. The smart pull line blower device has become an integral part of the market and is now causing an international furore.

2000

EZ50 Version

2000

After the pull line blower device met with great interest, the device was improved and developed into today’s “EZ50”. The name “EZ” is chosen in memory of the company founder Emil Zeitler.

1990

Handover of management

1990

On 25.12. Emil Zeitler passes away. Markus Zeitler, 24 years old, takes over the day-to-day business and management. The commercialisation phase of the EBG50 must be postponed.

1989

EBG50 pull line blower

1989

50 EBG50 pull line blower units are produced. Emil Zeitler frequently absent due to illness.

1982

Prototype EZ50

1982

Markus Zeitler has the idea for a new product while building his father’s house. The origin of the idea is a kinked installation pipe into which it is no longer possible to insert a wire. Without further ado, the mum’s hoover is converted into a blow-in device and cord is blown into a pipe for the first time.

1962

Transfer of registered office

1962

A larger volume of orders from Switzerland, primarily Landis & Gyr, prompts Emil Zeitler to relocate his company to Neuenkirch / Switzerland.

1957

Company foundation

1957

Emil Zeitler founds a production company with precision mechanical manufacturing in Munich. His first employee is his wife Annette.
