The EZ100 Pull Line Blower impresses us in daily use with its compact design and exceptionally short set-up time. The unit is quickly ready for operation and requires only a small power generator (2.2 kW) – no additional equipment is necessary.

Our technicians used the EZ380 pull line blower for the first time and were thoroughly impressed. Over a cable duct route (DN110) of around 300 metres, the work was “almost child’s play”. Previously, we had considerable difficulties completing this section with an 8 mm fibreglass rod, as the duct had not been properly installed on site. In several places it was compressed due to compaction, and stones and debris were also present inside the duct.
With the new blower, the debris and stones were expelled from the duct, and the pull line was inserted correctly. Afterwards, despite the challenging conditions, we were able to pull in the cables effortlessly using our cable winch.

I am very satisfied with the Zeitler cable blowing devices – they meet my needs perfectly. Yesterday, I pulled in around 1,000 m of cable using your devices – with numerous bends and through two distribution boxes. I assumed that I would have to open it up at some point. In fact, I was able to blow in the entire cable in an impressively short time and without any problems. I was really surprised. The price and performance of the devices are excellent.

For more than 5 years now, we have been using the EZ.SPEEDY with EZ.BOOSTER for 2.5mm cables in the FTTH area for NE3 and NE4. Its simple, clear, and compact design is a significant advantage in the field. Quick reconfiguration and easy adaptability to mostly challenging on-site conditions keep the work flowing, just like the cable through the pipe. We have used the EZ.SPEEDY to install cables into ducts with inner diameters ranging from 7 to 12 mm, even over distances beyond 400 meters, without any problems. I particularly want to emphasize that such flexibility, as provided by the EZ.SPEEDY + booster – it’s hard to find anything comparable on the market. Speaking of water: a significant advantage of its modularity is that cleaning and maintenance of the machine is incredibly easy, even fun! We have now been able to install our route without any problems. It is a route of approx. 400m from the technical building of a chairlift, spanning two floors, to a control valve of a snow-making system about 330m away. The elevation difference is about 80m. The following materials / hardware were used: Cable Ø 3.8mm, Tube Ø 10 / 6mm, Compressor PREBENA Twinstar 860-15 (420l/min at 15bar), Speedy, Booster & Glide, Cable length measuring device Runpotec RM35. Once again, I would like to thank you for your professionalism. We are using the sounder as part of our HT cable installation project on the new metro lines 16 and 17 (SOCIÉTÉ DU GRAND PARIS). The switch works very well and we are very pleased. We’ve used more than 100 fourreaux with a diameter of 200 and each measuring between 400 and 500 meters.

We are very satisfied with the device. We are impressed by the easy of handling. The purpose of the device is completely fulfilled.

For the water supply in Reichenburg, we were able to conect a water reservoir with the fiber optic cable. This is connected on one side to a KEV with 24 LC/APC couplings and on the other side to a BEP with patch modules. A 24-fiber micro cable was blown into a Speedpipe. The length of the pipeline building connection is 568m. With Zeitler’s system, the cable could be blown in effortlessly. The handling of the device is very easy.
