EZ100 Pull Line Blower with Side Chanel

The EZ100 +PLUS Pull Line Blower with Side Channel was specifically developed for professional use in cable network construction, road construction, tunnel construction, and bridge construction. It enables the fast and efficient installation of steel ropes and pulling cords into cable ducts with an inside diameter of Ø 50 to 150 mm (2″–6″) – without the need for a compressor.
Using the shuttle, water, loose debris, and small particles are expelled from the duct, while simultaneously calibrating the duct and installing the cord / rope in a single step.
Thanks to the integrated side channel, the EZ100 can also be used to blow in steel ropes, in addition to conventional pulling ropes. Furthermore, ropes and lines with diameters of up to 8 mm can be removed from the device without cutting them, allowing previously used ropes and lines to be reused, reducing material consumption and operating costs.
