Shuttle complete set 20-200mm
Using these shuttles, water, loose dirt or small parts can be ejected from pipes and in the same operation the pipe will be calibrated and laid with cord.
The black discs are characterized by more flexible sealing lips and have a core diameter which is 70% of the outer diameter. In comparison, the core diameter of the white disks is 90 % of the outer diameter.
When selecting the blow-in shuttle, make sure that the difference between the inner diameter of the pipe and the blowing piston is no more than 2 mm.
Example: If the pipe inner diameter is an odd number, such as a pipe ID 75mm, a 74mm shuttle should be selected. This means that the next smallest shuttle dimension (black or white) should always be selected.
