The EZ.EASYGLIDE is a lubrication unit designed specifically for the uniform and economical lubrication of cables (ø 0.5 to 8.0 mm) with lubricant, directly during cable insertion or cable blowing into microducts.
When using the EZ.EASYGLIDE, the special lubricant is applied directly to the cable. When the cable is lubricated, in the case of conduit bends, the lubricant is applied at the contact point during the blowing process and thus reduces friction to a maximum. As more contact the cable has with the conduit, as more lubricant is repeatedly applied at the contact point.
With conventional methods (pipe wetted with lubricant), the lubricant is removed from the inner wall of the pipe at the contact point in a very short time and the sliding effect is lost immediately.
It is no longer necessary to lubricate the pipe beforehand when using the EZ.EASYGLIDE.
The cable lubricator can be used for pipes with an outer diameter of 4 to 16 mm / ⅛” – ⅝”.
A rotation by hand and the friction of the cable is significantly reduced, even with critical installations.

We have 8 different dimensions for cables from ø 0.5 to 8.0 mm in our product portfolio for our EZ.EASYGLIDE lubrication unit.
(0,5-1mm; 1-2mm; 2-3mm; 3-4mm; 4-5mm; 5-6mm; 6-7mm and 7-8mm)
We offer the following accessories for the EZ.EASYGLIDE cable lubricator so that it can be used for pipes with an external diameter of 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16 mm.
Other dimensions can be made to your specific requirements on request.
The ideal operating temperature range for the Bluegliss is between -10°C / 14°F and 60°C / 140°F.
With the EZ.EASYGLIDE module, the special lubricant is applied directly to the cable.
This means that when a pipe bends, lubricant is applied at the point of contact and not removed as with other systems.
In addition, the lubricant can be used sparingly and extremely efficiently.
